i was just pondering to myself... i've found that its the simple pleasures in life that truly make life worthwhile.

notice some things.

  so i recently ended my lacrosse season! a bitter sweet thing, i am saddened that i don't have all my team mates around me everyday, but at the same time i feel like i have a life again. it feels as if i can do absolutely nothing during season because we have practice every single day, i get home at almost 6 every night, eat, dinner, do homework, go to bed exhausted. i love lacrosse but i can get burnout.

anyways, i have been catching up on some projects i have been putting off for too long now, i'll post some up soon, but as i have been working in my craft room i have been listening to some of good tunes..
do you guys like justin bieber?.........what about chris brown?........ have you read hunger games?

okay okay so i bet your confused and wondering why i'm all over the place but as i listen to two of my favorite artists sing this beautiful duet i can't stop making these connections between this song and the books. as i am a huge peeta fan i can see this through his view, tell me if your catching on yet... here are the lyrics...i'll annotate.

i've found that since i have been constantly concerned about my nail polish that i have been able to (hopefully) have done away with my onychophagia.

today i went to my first yoga class ever..

i loved it

its funny how

its funny how looking back on moments you realize you can never go back to the same exact moment, its worse when your actually in one and you hold on as long as you can but time always passes
nothing last
nothing
because if it didnt there would be no memories to look back upon
i remember specifically a few times thinking where i am now (or then i guess) when i was eight the day before my ninth birthday i rode my bike down the street to my church and back and i remember thinking, why do i want to be nine.
my life is half over i am growing up and eight is great, and everyone knows nine is fine. i wanted to hold on to age eight.. because nine was sooo stressfull PSHHH
now i know
i recall seventh grade when i thought i was grown up so much and i got to go to the middle school with all the big cool kids and i admired those 9th graders in all there awesome superior-ness, those older boys who were so big and starting to shave, eww! then those first few moments of walking in the high school doors and seeing new and old faces and thinking this is it, i’m a sophomore, i can be who ever i want, i can think, and act and do for myself. teachers no longer care, admininstation just slows the commotion.

cause now its all gone
and summers here and again almost gone
but yet too soon i’ll be pressed into that moment of mighty juniorism, and before i know
graduation
and college
and life…
because these moments can’t ever last
